You are what you eat…….(Literally)!

Hey Guys!

How is everyone doing? Great i hope. Today I want to talk about food! This is a touchy subject for me because I loooovvvveeeee food and I especially love “bad” food. However, “bad” food will not give you glowing skin 🙁 . The bitter truth is that something’s gotta give, so if you want your skin to slay all day (Hi Beyonce! LOVE her), then you have to eat foods that will enrich your skin and make it “popping”. (I’m a tad bit ratchet guys) Lol.

I am not an expert in nutrition o and as I said above, I love bad food but I find a balance.  I will  show you guys what I eat that contributes to my glowing skin. Lets get into it shall we?

My typical breakfast and lunch:

I usually have Cereal for breakfast, Salad for lunch and this Simply Green Cold Pressed Juice. It’s delish!
