How is everyone doing? I personally am just trying to hang in there and I want to encourage anyone out there who may be feeling down and out about the current hardship we are currently facing in the country. It will be fine!
Today, I want you to get familiar with Coconut oil. Some of you may already be using Coconut oil as part of your skincare regimen, but for the benefit of those who don’t, I will list 10 beauty uses of coconut oil.
How is everyone doing? Hope great. So today I want you to get familiar (if you aren’t already) with this amazing product I am about to rave about. I promise you that you will send me loads of messages after you have tried it. So without further ado, *drum roll*………………………….
How’s everyone doing? This fuel scarcity is not funny at all ( my Nigerian residents will understand) and gosh! the heat is on another level :(.
So today, I want to talk about the beauty rave of the moment, and they are called “Facial Oils”.
What are facial oils and why do we need them?
How are you doing? I am sorry for my brief absence but i’m back in full blogging swing now. I missed you guys 🙂
So today, I will be talking about Body Scrubs. What are body scrubs? and why is it important to incorporate it into your skincare regimen?
How is everyone doing? Great i hope. Today I want to talk about food! This is a touchy subject for me because I loooovvvveeeee food and I especially love “bad” food. However, “bad” food will not give you glowing skin 🙁 . The bitter truth is that something’s gotta give, so if you want your skin to slay all day (Hi Beyonce! LOVE her), then you have to eat foods that will enrich your skin and make it “popping”. (I’m a tad bit ratchet guys) Lol.
I am not an expert in nutrition o and as I said above, I love bad food but I find a balance. I will show you guys what I eat that contributes to my glowing skin. Lets get into it shall we?
I hope everyone is having a fantastic day. I promised to put up a post on my skincare regimen (body), so lets get to it!
Clear Nature 3-in-1 Brightening Papaya Soap: I randomly bumped into this soap at a supermarket in Enugu when I went home for the Christmas holiday and realized I didn’t pack the Likas Papaya soap I was using back in Lagos (Likas is also great by the way). This soap is so good to and on me. It has exfoliating properties which is very good for the skin. I am definitely sticking to this soap.
Exfoliating Mesh: This sponge will not scrub away your sins, but it will definitely scrub away your dead skin LOL :). You can find it in your local Supermarket.
I hope everyone is having fantastic day. So I wanted to share with y’all my skincare regimen right now. I say “right now” because boy! have i tried different products phew! (wipes sweat) but I have found what works for me now so i’m sticking to it religiously.
I am really lucky that I don’t have acne and as such, I have been able to get away with a lot of trial and error without harsh consequences (thank God) . The products I currently use for my face are:
- Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash (pink grapefruit cleanser): This Wash is great if you have dry skin as it is non-drying. It really clears blemishes, contains Vitamin C and Salicylic Acid.
- St Ives Blemish Control Apricot Scrub: Need I say more?! Good old St Ives. This scrub is AMAZING guys!! My friend Ekwy introduced me to this scrub and I have not looked back ever since.
- Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen SPF 100+
